What's pretty funny is even the ESPN talking heads take shots at each other

I guess it's to generate some ratings - Desmond Howard on Finebaum

“Paul Finebaum is a caricature of a caricature of Paul Finebaum,” Howard said. “That’s what he is right now. You can’t take anything he says seriously. You just can’t. It’s like — they march him out there, they pull the string in his back, and he just starts spewing negative things about Michigan.

“When a person does that repeatedly and you just know his shtick, you can’t take him seriously. You take him for what he is. And that’s how I look at Paul Finebaum.”

It's because Desmond Howard is a complete homer above anything else.

While that may be true, he's right that Finebaum absolutely sucks.

Reminds me of the old wrestling clips when I was a kid.

Ric Flair would come out and give one of his now classic rants.

The Rock N Roll express would follow it up with some nonsense.

The fake russian or Kamala would then come out and have a translator talk shite...

On a side note, did you guys know Kamala was actually from Thibadeau? I found that out a few years ago.

And it sure is working. Never heard a bunch of people who never watch ESPN talk about it so much

Sure. I can't think of anyone who doesn't suck arse on that network. My point, though, is that he's going after Pawwwwl because he attacked Desmond's baby.

This is a perfect description of every person involved in sports "journalism"

Correct, the two things can be independently true. (Desmond and Paul)

Watching Desmond defend all the systemic cheating Harbaugh was financing was painful. When you get caught it needed to end the discussion about Michigan being in the Playoff.

I like how a show will have someone make a hot take one day, then spend an hour the next day talking about the hot take.

It’s the sports talk equivalent of a pyramid scheme.

I thought it was south Mississippi. But I did know he was from the south.

Joke’s on Dez….a lot of us don’t take any of this seriously.

From goofy transfer/eligibility rules, to unregulated NIL, to then heavily regulated sign-stealing (way to be consistent there NCAA), to eye tests…it’s all just about one level up from WWE now.

On that, we agree.

If I was on the committee:

1. Washington
2. Florida State
3. Texas
4. Bama

If it weren’t for systemic cheating, your favorite team wouldn’t have nearly the number of titles you claim. There’s a reason your program is the most sanctioned in the history of the NCAA. Lol

This whole Michigan thing is peanuts compared to the corrupt SEC.

Just take a deep, deep, breath and let the BAMA hate consume you.

When you watch this propaganda you give them ratings. Don’t watch. It’s that simple.

In a world of transfers and hired guns, I LIKE homers. I wish they didn't have to mostly pretend to be objective.

I still can't imagine people like Dabo coaching against his alma matter that he played for and won a national title at.
