28-3 Super Bowl dwarfs everything in your list. Whatever the second would be is so much further from that, it's worth mentioning.

28-3 is probably THE biggest choke jobs in sports history. The only thing I see as close is the Yanks losing to Boston in 2004 after being up 3-0.

What sucked about that is that Aaron Murray put the team on his fricking back with a decimated roster and drove down the field to score in heroic fashion.

Then a dude that used to be a cornerback for us fricked it all up.

You could also throw in the Bruins blowing a 3-0 lead to Philly in 2010, but I doubt anyone on this site cares about that.
