If AD makes his way over to the Lakers, what number do you think he will wear?

I say he pays Kuzma (if he survives the trade) and sports a 0 or 00 for the number of full seasons he has finished.

Im surprised how much of the media just assumes he's 100% going to LA.

How will New Orleans get over him leaving with all his success and championships?

He holds all the cards. Say Philly makes a run for him. AD can just backchannel that he wont sign with them long term

Someone will take the chance. Look at Paul George he was supposedly LA bound and he stayed in OKC.

But the Lakers didn’t try that hard to get George. They were only offering Randle + Clarkson and a late first. They probably could’ve gotten George if they were willing to part with Ingram or the #2 pick

If the Lakers put all their chips on the table, I’m not sure how eager other teams will be to top their offer when they are unsure if AD will even re-sign imo

what's funny is literally all numbers 0-11 are taken sans kobe's 8. (obvious if ad goes, numbers will open up from who's traded)

If that's the case, why doesn't he just get traded to Boston and then sign with the Lakers after next year?
