and INTs

He threw 5 more than last year but 3 less than 2 years ago so that's not that much of a demerit.

David Akers, went from being arguably a top 5 all time player at his position to a worthless bum.

Rivers is a good one. His arm looks significantly weaker, and he is growing more and more erratic. I don't see the Chargers doing anything of significance with Rivers at the helm.

Matt Stafford.

#2 WR Nate Burleson: Played in 5 full games
#3 WR Titus Young: Missed last 6 games when he was put on IR primarily for discipline problems. Head case.
#4 WR Ryan Broyles: Rookie who already had one bum knee. Tore a knee up again and only played in 6 full games.

#1 TE Brandon Pettigrew: Missed 2 games, hampered by injuries in at least 2 others
#2 TE Tony Scheffler: Missed a game, hampered by injuries in at least 3-4 others

#1 RB Jahvid Best: Out for the entire year, 3rd most talented guy on their offense

Stafford and Calvin Johnson didn't stand a chance this year

Rivers was pretty lousy in a bunch of games.
It's sad going over to their message board and hearing them say, "Well, I'm STILL glad we have Rivers over Brees. Yeah, I said it!"

I'll go with Matt Stafford.

Stafford was a top 10 QB this year. It's not his fault that the Lions were terrible in every other phase of the game. The clear answers to your question are Michael Vick and Mark Sanchez.

Tim Tebow and it isn't close. Last year he was basically a rookie, took over a shite team and then tore thru the NFL and beat the Steelers in the playoffs. This year he was 3rd string on the Jets, they are about to cut him and even the Jags don't want him. Its a damn shame.

Brady, Manning, Brees, Rodgers, Ryan, Wilson, RG3, Newton, Luck, Romo, Schaub, Flacco, Eli, Freeman, and Cutler were all better

-Ponder had a higher QB rating than Stafford this year

Did you ever watch Stafford play?

This year was the true Stafford. His release angle changes every fricking throw. He made a lot more really shitty throws than he did in 2011, and he missed badly on more than I would have excepted (and I did not have high expectations for him).

He is a good QB and the whole team is reliant on him, but top 10 seems to be about his ceiling because there are 8 QB's who are undoubtedly better.

I wonder if his side-arming and inconsistent arm slot will cause any damage to him down the road.
