All those names and you failed to even mention the heisman finalist from less than 25 years ago, yet you mentioned many of his teammates.

Don Smith always played great against LSU.

In 1984 LSU was 8-3-1 , but lost only one SEC game and went to the Sugar Bowl.

State beat them 16-14 in Starkville.

Their other losses were to Notre Dame 30-22 in the regular season and Nebraska beat them 28-10 on the Sugar Bowl.
