Whats a little disconcerting to me is that it seems, as far as i can tell, that there is not one ounce of physical evidence against him.
I get it, like 50+ women accused him. But...is that enough? Is that how the courts work? Whats to stop 50 people from deciding to destroy an enemy this way?

But it seems like the only thing that they have enough actual evidence to convict him of is child pornography.
And anyone who responds to this, I ask that you address my point about this being a slippery slope in the legal world and dont say "I bet you dont have a daughter" or "what are the chance that 50 women are lying". Thats an emotional response.

I’m sure this will be called “victim shaming”, but the parents seem to share a lot of the blame here.
I read some of the articles posted here and a lot of the ones that were told about it didn’t do anything, or when they did confront someone, took whatever they said at face value and let it go. I mean if your daughter has been molested, do you keep bringing her back to that place and just “forget” that she’s been molested without going to the police. And not just the campus police for MSU.

Keep in mind, this case never actually went to trial. He plead guilty.
The first woman who went public is a lawyer. When she filed the police report, she said that she produced a lot of evidence and basically made sure that her complaint was able to meet the law when it comes to sexual assault. Obviously that was enough for the police because Nassar was charged.
