I have a X flex in my Adams Fast12 3 wood.

Graffaloy ProLaunch Blue Speedcoat. I have no clue if it's good or not. But I like it a lot.

If you have a Windows computer, Windows Movie Maker is pretty simple. I'm sure Mac has something similar.
