Buddy I hit with today smashes his 3W off the deck, but his driver is wild. He's so obsessed with getting it as far as he can he'll never hit 3W off the tee. I told him to ditch the driver on some holes and play a 3W. He plays the 3W a strong 240+, and his average drive probably isn't a hell of a lot longer. The trouble he gets in off the tee screws him.

That's how I was Sat, so today I only hit Driver twice. 1st time down the right side in the rough, duck hooked the 2nd. Put it up for the day

I know it's late but I have a tee time at Audubon for 1020. The two guys I was playing with cancelled on me. If anyone wants to play let me know. I'll be checking on here around 9am

No new purchases but I did add some lead tape to the heel of my irons and Hybrid. Trying to get the toe to close ever so slightly before contact with the ball.

My year of Golf is just about over. My wife will be having our first in the next two weeks and my game has fallen off a cliff. Played Saturday morning and it was not good. Couldnt hit a straight iron shot, couldnt make a putt, duffed about 6-8 chips. Its a bad day on the course when the driver is the most consistent thing in my bag. I may have 2-3 more rounds in the bag before Winter. Oh well...until next year.
