You sure you didn't post a pic of the range after your practice session? Good lord.

Dude, it was bad. I was hearing that they had some type of fungus that tore up the bermuda grass. Whatever it was, they charge full price to play and don't warn you about it before the round, whether telling you about it or having signs posted. I was fricking pissed.... especially since I had probably the best ball striking round I've had in years (13/14 FW, 9/18 GIR), but had 40 putts on those shite holes.

May go play the Oaks in Pass Christian instead of hitting 2 rounds at The Bridges. Anyone have any thoughts on that place?

i shot an 87 at Craft Farms last weekend

they had just aerated the greens the week before and i couldn't make a putt

drove the ball really well, only missed 2 fairways

i really think if the greens were in better shape i would have shot under 80 for the first time

Wake up golf board. I'm stuck in pre-op and the small chirens won't quit singing the songs on their moms iPhone. This tone deaf little girl is singing Chris brown songs in my damn ear

Let me burst your bubble ( I have them too). The lofts are a club strong, and the shafts are a little longer. But they are easy to hit, and I do hit them noticeably farther than the comparable lofted clubs I had before.

i actually got the steel stiff shafts not the graphite as in the pic i posted. My old clubs were old as shite so anything i got was an improvement. I was looking at these as well as some Adams and Nike Irons. These were definitely the best of the group. Just want to go try them out now.

And thanks for the info as well!

No problem, just keep in mind that your new 7i is like your old 5 or 6i. Every time I play with people and they ask what I'm hitting on a par 3, I'll tell them 7 and they'll say "I'm hitting 5, you sure you got enough club?" Last time I played with the in-laws, they both hit 5 on one of the par 3's, and I hit 7 15 yards past them (they hit the green though). So playing their clubs, I would have hit the same number or only one club less than they did

Was supposed to be playing in the classic at Spring Bayou. Found out today...got my weekends mixed up and I have a bunch of people coming in for baby showers. Instead its Tamahka for me Saturday and Sunday.

Bought the new Cobra Amp.

Same exact thing happened to me this weekend, same exact score. I shot 87 with 40 putts on those shite greens. I have to imagine that I would have flirted with a 79 if the greens were normal.

I guess that's what I get for straying from Oakbourne......

Depends on how many sandwiches you bring me.

I'm 6'2", 220. So gauge your Bunny bread/bologna purchase on those numbers.
