Thats for sure, I was soaked after playing this afternoon and that was riding. Round only took 2 hours.

There is still a lawsuit pending about the paths. Looks like they were done incorrectly because you'll be driving on limestone, then hit a paved patch, then back to limestone. They're not too bad unless its super dry. Will be nice when they are fully paved though

Yeah, I've noticed that. I'm wondering if Toms is mixed up in that. He and his old man had some trouble with U Club, regarding carts though. Not the paths. Wouldn't surprise me if he did have a hand in some of that though.
But yeah, when it's totally done, it'll be awesome. But I'll be honest, I kind of like the lime.

ETA: I'm not sure who is being sued, but I know a lot of members want that money thrown into the clubhouse if/when they get it

I would trade a new clubhouse for the lime cart paths.
They would draw more new members with a better clubhouse/pool for the wives and kids.
That's the one downfall I see it having.

They opened at a bad time because of the economy/oil spill. I think they were planning on having more real estate sold by now. Hopefully they get one in the next few years. I'm surprised it wasn't in the original plans though, it was all funded by one guy who had some serious cheese. Used to own Mobiltel, but he died either right before or right after it opened

I take it occasionally, but I've had a few close calls under the bridge, and FIL almost died (girl who hit him did) like 5 years ago at that spot
