Jordan was also a much better defender than Curry. The Warriors do a great job of hiding Curry on that side

Definitely agree. I just don't know how someone can watch Curry and not see the tremendous skill. When I watched Jordan, he was just awesome and could dominate a game. When I watch Curry, I am in awe that the tiny guy is the best player on the floor, and he does it because of his elite skills - shooting, passing, and ball handling. He's a wizard with the ball.

I agree that these are factors that should be discussed. Jordan's footwork and post moves are great. Unfortunately for Steph, he just can't do tons inside because even a great move can lead to a block from a weak side defender because his size and vertical are nowhere near Jordan and Kobe.

I see what you are saying but MJ has reached beatles status even with people who barely remember watching him(like me) to say that anyone was/is better is blasphemy.

Have we stepped into a seperate dimension? Are you really trying to argue that Steph Curry is a more skilled player than MJ? Is this still earth?

Let me know when Steph averages 37 a game like Jordan did in 87.

Let me know when Steph leads the league in steals 3 times like Jordan did.

Let me know when Steph leads the league in scoring 10 times like Jordan did.

Let me know when Steph makes the NBA first team defense like Jordan did 9 times.

Let me know when Steph wins DPOY like Jordan did in 88'.

Until then, refrain from speaking basketball with anyone for the rest of your life. You are absolutely the biggest moron I've ever seen.

It's not that so much as now we have to say whoever the current best players is was better than Jordan. Why can't we just ever appreciate greatness with out having a "my generation guys" where better than yours pissing contest.

Because our resident rocket homer says Curry is more skilled than Jordan. That's why. It's laughable really.
