Stop it. I'll be pulling for Washington but just because they gave us a game doesn't make them legit. See 2005 Arizona State.

Doubt it's that close

No one outside of this board will think UW keeps it close

Hard to judge USC after two games. But if I can't see Wash hanging with them in the second half.

No.

Fixed.

The Huskies have a respectable offense but the D still sucks. U-dub will score here and there but USC will score early, quickly and often.

Taking away the INT, LSU put 24 points on them in only 48 snaps. Idaho didn't do too badly either. Washington could potentially score 20+ but the D will give it up like an eager and curious teenager.

Prediction: the Huskies score more than OSU did. 17, maybe in the low 20's. USC will score as often as they want. Let's say 56-17 just for the hell of it.

The only way UW keeps it close is if USC still has its head in the clouds from OSU.

Do you expect the USC QB to go in there and dominate? If I were UW I would stack the box and force the guy to throw for the win.

While that is probably the best strategy and UW's only "chance", the USC WRs are just wayyyy too good for the UW DBs for that to really work.

I love how people conveniently forget that USC's last game AT UW resulted in a 3 point win, when they were considered NC contenders just like this year, and UW only lost by 6 at USC in 2006. They generally keep it close when they are healthy.

I don't think they'll win, but I think they will keep it closer than people realize. LSU struggled because we tried to run the ball too much. USCs strength is their running game and their OL. I also think Sarkisian and Holt being the OC and DC from USC last year will also give them an advantage.

Washington's run defense is pretty good. Not many SEC teams will hold Charles Scott to only 52 yards.

Washington's pass defense on the other hand, is turrible. We need to turn Barkley loose and let him beat UW deep a few times. David Ausberry should have a breakout game.
