Same hit Bobby McCray laid on Kurt Warner that Sainttards loved.

They're talking about it again and how it's a point of emphasis. Gumps are gonna be allowed to gump, though.

If the hit on McCarron was illegal, the hit on Murray was illegal IMO. Not one or the other.

they both were illegal but for different reasons, mccarron was defenseless, murray wasn't.

Macaron hit legal. Hit as the ball was leaving his hand. Defenders shoulder contacted his chest and he did not leave feet. Helmets never touched and even if they had defender was not leading with crown of head.

Murry hit illegal as hell. Defender launched into his head contacting with crown of helmet. Blatant and the ref was right there looking at it and it was a point of emphasis.

Close, but no cigar IMO. At least Warner was actually in line to make the tackle and Mcray doesn't lead for helmet to helmet

Just look at the gifs and stop being stupid. McCray peels his head back from Warner if anything.

There aren't really unbiased people who think that was legal, are there?

The intent was obviously malicious and their helmets made contact with each other.

INCIDENTAL contact. Big difference.

And it was minimal contact at best.

He didn't lead with his head, but there's helmet-to-helmet contact regardless.

Every freaking hit has a malicious intent if you are doing it right. That being said, some hits are legal others are not. Making first contact with the crown of your helmet is illegal where contact with your shoulder pad is not.

So your opinion is still that the Warner hit and the AJ hit are the same?
