With OSU's schedule, and the style of O they play, they are clearly the front runner for the title. When things aren't working; run that big QB.

Braxton Miller really stuck out to me more than anything else. I mean, you see guys that convert from QB to WR in the NFL and have below average careers. I think Braxton is extremely smart for making that switch now. He has the knowledge of a prior QB and what to look for in a corner, so he is able to apply that knowledge as a receiver to better himself. He was already a gifted athlete, and now he will become an extremely polished receiver when the NFL calls his name.

42 points in an 18 point road win over at least a decent team with a good defense.

They faced some adversity trailing at half to the only team that beat them last year and didn't blink.

I'm impressed. Can't think of anyone with a definitive case to be ranked ahead of them.

Braxton was the only thing that impressed me

I think the O line held its own against an aggressive, shoot gaps defense.

And Zeke stayed engaged the whole game even though he wasn't getting the ball. He was blocking like a tremendous machine and caught a couple nice balls.

I think Conley laid well too for his first start at DB.

McMillan was stout in run stopping, but left a bit too be desired in pass coverage (I think a lot had to do with scheme where we were going downhill in serious run stop mode)

Curtis Samuel shined in limited targets.

That's about it for me.

OSU has one big advantage over just about everyone. If their QB goes down, they will be fine. Maybe even better. Who else can say that? VT certainly cant.

I wasn't, especially considering Urban is an anti-Semite.

Was at the game in the Buckeye sections upper deck.

Had a great time with the 'too nice to be real' VT fans.

I give OSU a B- performance, which means they have the potential to be really good. Thought Cardale played a C game and took too many chances on throws he doesn't need to go for. Additionally, he underthrew a few guys and his WRs had to come back for catches.

Thought VT was playing Ok til Brewer went out, but his TE's and WRs were bailing him out with catches across their bodies as he was throwing behind his guys all the time.

Elliott isn't returning punts after this week, so I'm not too worried about that, and our 3rd string RB had a fumble

All said, a 20 point win on the road in a hostile environment against a team with at the least a solid defense

Is that too nice thing sarcasm?

How did the volume in that stadium compare to the bigger stadiums in the B1G?

I'm still in shock that it was Cardale. Not that I don't like it, but all signs seemed to be pointing to JT.

Yes. They came from behind on the road and ran away with it.

No the VT fans were nice to the point where I thought they must be faking it. Very solid fans

I didn't hear it too bad in the corner end zone and OSU seemed to handle the noise fine. On tv it sounds loud but I couldn't really tell

They will easily get to the B1G Championship with their schedule, so it will be awhile before we see them play legit competition again.

And this is what concerns me. I wish the schedule would be a little tougher.

I think at least one team in the east will step up and be in the top 25 before we face Sparty.

And they (MSU) will be coming for blood.

There really isn't anyone in the east to step up. Sparty is the only true test left, and they could well upset the Buckeye's but I'm not expecting it.

Michigan could and perhaps Penn State.

I think Minnesota will be top 20 when we play.

These two clown shows no and particularly State Penn. They are terrible and will get rolled in the Shoe. I could see Minnesota. Kill is a great coach.
