Tony should have easily seen the kid waiting for him hundreads of yards away and should have been at the bottom of the track and not in the middle.
I agree to a point. At the same time, the guy shouldn't have even been on the track. Not to mention the other cars that are running the race that he has to look out for. It sucks that he passed, but he should've never put himself in that position.

The gif is telling. You can't see shite about what Stewart did before the collision.
ETA: Looks like he jumped out of the way of the first car.

manslaughter.
Most they could charge him with.
Wrongful death suit will be a lot.
I know there has to be an investigation but how long before Home Depot and his other sponsors want out?

All of the others were further down the track. Stewart went highest of all

quote:by high rate do you mean around 30 mph? For one these cars dont go THAT fast since it's a dirt track and it was under caution when he got hit.
You mean the kid that shouldn't have been on a racetrack with vehicles approaching him at high rates of speed? Shite we learn in preschool, that kid?

You can see him move his leg right before 45 gets there...

and it was under caution when he got hit.

You can take sport out of quotes, too.

Another forum is full of people saying it's taboo amongst racers to get out the car. So which is it?
Posted on 8/10/14 at 10:46 am to dawg4lyfe
whats this lunatic doing on the track???

quote:We had this discussion too. They get out and yell. But rarely do they run after a car and get that close. Add in that this is on dirt and at night, and he's almost asking to get hit.
This happens all the time

Him doing it before doesn't have ANYTHING to do with this discussion. Some of y'all seem hung up on that.

If he would have been hit, I'd be saying the same damn thing.

Ignorance about sprint car racing doesn't excuse blanket statements like this.

Of course he didn't hit him on purpose , but don't be dumb and believe he didn't see him or the guy stood in front his car. I think he tired to buzz him and got to close

How? It was 2 cars before Tony.
