Seems like this is all based on info that is very preliminary and the interpretations of eye witnesses. Story could change slot.
If this Ward guy walked into danger, there is no way Stewart catches a charge, much less a serious one.
There will have to be video of Stewart working very hard to run him down for there to be charges.

yep, it looks like Stewart is going a good bit faster than the other cars and moving to his right at the moment of impact.
