This is the best analyst job I've seen on a targeting call.
It is impossible to know where an offensive player is going to be .5 to .8 seconds after you go in for a tackle. Sometimes their head goes down, or they lead with their shoulder or they try and spin.
I support the rule overall to protect players but there needs to be degrees like the old pass interference rules IMO

Right, and in this case the defender went to tackle BEFORE the slide. Pratt was way too late with his slide.
