Yea, the way it always worked for us was you were "randomly" getting tested if you made top 4 or so and could be tested in the top 16. If you finished like 20th they weren't making you piss in any cups. This applied to both NCAA as well as national events.

I can tell you with ZERO doubt. He is not clean..or wasn't. Little juice, then sounded the right peptides and diet which maintain the bulk, while cutting fats.
