Yeah. That soulless PC back in August now makes total sense when you put it in the context that he was informed that he was done

Not sure how I feel about making Day HC.

I’d prefer Matt Campbell.

I’m sure this has been said already, but I’m guessing this decision was probably made for him in August before he came back from his suspension.

And the health stuff is likely just a graceful exit for everyone involved.

He looked like a complete disaster during the Maryland game. Probably a smart move.

There is 0% chance Urban takes a job at a SEC West school as long as Saban is at Bama.

I’m kind of surprised they announced it so soon. I didn’t expect them to be this honest with recruits.

In a way he should have announced it Saturday night after the B1G championship game. May have gotten OSU in

Edit: obviously that was said in jest. Some of you people are really serious all the time

Urban Legend.. what a fraud, always comes into a team and takes over the previous head coaches picks, and then is deemed awesome. He got uber lucky to have the GOAT QB at FL... Tebow leaves..they suck and he leaves.

The writing is on the wall for the cheating suckeyes, I would really like to think this is the beginning for them to become a non relevant CFB team like they were for all time before 2002. But then I look at the Weak 10 to see who could step up and I because I know there is not ONE single team in that conference that is good and by default OSU will still be the best team. Although once they start losing hopefully the cheating/recruiting slows then they may just become on par with the rest of the weak 10. Any way you slice it this good news for CFB because OSU is the most hated school in CFB.

He rode into town on Tebows good look and let the boosters keep him inflated, but as it has been well stated...."It's the big one"...for real this time.

Yes he's getting out because the team will decline big time

They will still be the best team in the conference though

Lmao

During the final minutes of the Michigan game they showed Meyers wife crying and getting hugs on the sideline. She knew it was their last home game and he was out.

Mark Helfrich looked great for a while at Oregon too. Hell, he took Oregon to a playoff berth and national title game with mariota and chip’s guys.
