He verbally admitted jerking off on the phone with her (so dumb). But the suspicious part is that both of them erased all of their texts to each other. I could see why he erased texts, but why would she erase all texts between them? He is a dumbass, but it sounds like she set him up (otherwise, why would she erase all of their texts to each other)?

He's admitted it, they both agree it happened. Only dispute we know of is whether it was consensual or not.

I'd say to Woodruff, you either suspend at the beginning of the process or you let it play out with safeguards. When you suspend on the day the story breaks, that's the hallmark of the old way.
