Make that the Big 10 times 2 and you might be on to something

Wazzu athletics is going from 30 mil to less than 10 mil. They also went into debt on the assumption of continued 30m budgets

According to the TCU beat writer for 247 Sports, the Big 12 university presidents have called a meeting for this evening - undoubtedly to discuss adding Utah, Arizona, and Arizona State to the conference.

Poll:

Upvote if you think the PAC-12 dies today

Downvote if you think they pull through.

Sad times in college football.

Stanford and Cal are so far gone as athletic programs I don't think they particularly care. Have we even heard a peep from their leadership during all of this?

Yeah that's not going to fly. The second either one is offered a share of Big10 money they are bolting rendering the rest of the conference worthless.

Stanford has the best, most robust athletic department in the country, so.

The Cardinal added to its national-leading total with three NCAA titles (men’s gymnastics, women’s water polo, women’s golf) over a six-week stretch in the spring of 2022, maintaining an impressive streak that dates back to the 1976-77 campaign.

The question still stands.

MWC schools have to pay a large exit fee. Didn’t realize this. They ain’t going anywhere. They will probably absorb Cal, Stanford, Oregon State, Wazzu. PAC 12 is finished.

Stanford is not going to do what it takes in football to compete like a power conference team. Otherwise, there's nothing wrong with their athletic department. Of course, that's like asking Mrs. Lincoln "other than that, how did you enjoy the play?"

It seems there's an appetite for Stanford in the B1G with a different partner than Cal. Someone like Notre Dame...
