I think he can make Kansas a consistent 6-8 win team. Which for them that is huge. 2009 was the last year they were ranked and they finished the year unranked.

Isn’t the CC from the 3rd season of Last Chance U in Kansas. I can see Les filling some quick holes with JUCO players and getting Kansas to a bowl game in the first 2 years

“Elite defensive talent” and “Big 12” don’t really go together these days.
If Les can pull quality talent, he should have enough to take on their OOC opponents plus the likes of Baylor, Iowa St, etc. Enough to at least get them bowl eligible.
