Last season was a tough one for good ole UL.
Opening this season with Dallas Baptist and hosting National Champions Coastal Carolina won't make it any easier for them.

On paper yea they're supposed to be good. Supposedly they have a very deep pitching staff and the word is the offense looked good in the fall and spring. That being said, never know what can happen when it's time to play the games.

Pitching should be good. Depends on how they hit. If the bats deliver, the team should be pretty good.

SLI/USL/ULLLLL is in the top 20 if I am not mistaken & favored to win whatever conference they are in this year.

UL at Monroe had some damn good baseball players the last 15 years of so.....just seems they are missing a key player or 2 or need another coach...just a few little things that add up to big problems.
I had the luxury of being able to catch some games in Monroe - great people down the left field line - great food and good times.
That is a baseball program that has so much potential to really take off with just a little more investment.
