Well, it would probably be more of an outdoor cocktail party if UL fans didn't have their panties in a wad about anything LSU, about LSU fans at UL, and about LSU keeping the man down. Look I get it, like Rodney said, "No respect, no respect." However, you can't bitch about the flagship all year brother, and then not expect to get heckled come game day. Everyone knows you are the little brother... cousin... next door neighbor... but a little self-confiednce and pride go a long way.
And yes, every fan base... yes, including yours... has dickhole, jerk, drunk, ignorant assholes that take it too far (and maybe LSU has more than their fare share, but such is Louisiana.)

i can't really complain because it's all part of the atmosphere, but it was getting out of hand. they had guys screaming in the faces of the girls i was with. you can yell at me all you want but getting in a girls face in ridiculous.

no shite, our group has got in altercations the last two times because of UF fans making katrina jokes, yelling shite like " go back to your house, oh wait, its under water!" the people from nola who lost everything did not think it was funny

Some LSU fans do it too, some girls I met up with said they had guys in their face yelling that we suck and what not. Every fanbase has idiots.

I've honestly never had a problem with it. I've been to every game in Gainesville since 2002, and the fans haven't been any worse than Georgia, Auburn, or Bama fans.

They are obnoxious as hell the other way around. After the loss to UF in 2003 I was walking past the Chime's where a group of Gator fans were "chomping" everyone walking by. One bitch knocked my hat off with her gator chomp. Celebrate your win, but there is a point at which you should back the frick off.
