Outside of long and Payton, there is not a lot of talent. Marlin's attrition up to this year is the reason why. Hopefully long and Payton stay another year so he can get some other players around them
Long is projected as a top 15 pick in the 2015 draft by some sites

Yep. We'd have the talent if Nikita Johnson and Marlin would have played nicely together. Marlin isn't a strong recruiter, but is great when it comes to the X's and O's.

I think Marlin's days may be numbered. We have two first round draft prospects on the team, but we're slightly above mediocre.

Im on the fence with Marlin. He's good with x's and o's, but simply needs to retain more of his players to build anything.
His teams are the opposite of the early 2000's cajun teams that were loaded with talent but played unstructured schemes. Those teams were sometimes frustrating, but fun as hell to watch
