Considering it was at Southern Miss, you did not.

It's not the same turf from the astrodome back in the day which everyone seems to assume.

the players really like it

plus they never rain out

ull rained out already once this year.

then again it did rain for 10 straight hours when the game would've been taking place.

ive never seen ULL's field. Is it all field turf or do they have dirt infield?

i know the night a game earlier this year that rained out at the box, Tulane played after the same weather system moved through new orleans

i saw a pic but forgot. pretty sure the infield is field turf except the mound just like tulane.

eta: it must've moved out of new orleans a lot earlier because it was still raining around 930-1000 in BR that night. if i remember correctly.

And I would suggest you ask LSU how hard it is to maintain grass in the south cause their fields are always crappy looking

Whoever installed ULL's turf did a shitty job. There are visable seams everywhere. I know that USM will not go back there because of the poor condition of the turf.

I hear that they are going to re do it after the season. Good 1.1 million dollar investment there, Cajuns.

It may play like real grass, but can you smoke it?
