Dude did just have surgery on both eyes. I think he also realized during the Jones saga, as well as having a close brush with being medically retired by Gane, what a disposable product he is to the UFC. So I think you're seeing Tom looking out for his best financial interests now.

Wow! NICE!
I like Poatan a like and don't particularly care for Gane, but I really, really have never respected fighters being given a title shot in their first bout in a new weight class. I've been vocal here about it. Glad to see Gane underscore that sentiment.
Also, sucks for Latina and her $500k bet.
