You're discounting that Bonfim clocked Wonderboy and damanged his shin/knocked him down in the 2nd as well. Wonderboy wasn't able to get anything off in the 3rd while Bonfim controlled him. Don't blame the judges for having to score an indecisive bout.

yes it is, and no didn't lose a dime on the fight.
anyone who watches the UFC weekly knows that they have a massive judging problem. most of these judges have absolutely no idea what they are watching/doing.
