So watching Cain for the first time after hearing all about his superhuman cardio, pace, and the endurance being his best attribute.
His hubris got him. He bragged and bragged about how hard they go everyday at AKA, he refused to go to Mexico City or even altitude to do his camp. He seemed to not have changed his game plan and gassed himself out while getting owned in the standup.
2 years off is a damn long time. Looking forward to some new blood in the HW division.

I wouldn't consider werdum new blood but being with Rafael cordeiro has opened his striking game.
I do wonder if his striking would have evolved if he stayed with Cro cop? But Cro cop tapped him out one day and he had to stop training with him. Or that's how the story goes

Yeah, Coker resorting to crap like this and the Tito/Bonnar fake beef is turning Bellator into a laughing stock. Sad thing is, last night will probably have a pretty big number ratings wise. I miss Bjorn Rebney.
