He’s Dana’s right hand man. He does alot of the negotiating behind closed doors and gets the deals ready for Dana to finalize.

Yeah but Stipe has fought 2 times since 2019. He looked lost out there. I wish he wouldn’t have went out like that. He shouldn’t retired in 2021.

I do think Jones looked more vulnerable tonight than he has in the past. It could have just been part of his strategy for this fight, but he had absolutely no interest in Miocic's hands. If Miocic had the energy to chase him down I think he could have hurt Jones.

Aspinal would be all over him. I'm sure that Jones would have a plan to manage that though.

Jon always evades striking like that though. He probably would've been to slow if he came in at 250 lbs like he did against Gane.

They're talking about how big Stipe is at 245 and Aspinal is like 6'5", 255.

Yep which is why he’ll never face Aspinal

Jon is 5 years younger than Stipe, is coming off a much shorter layoff and hasn't been dealt nearly as much damage in his career.

Nothing about this was impressive. Stipe was clearly a shell of his former self. Tom finished Jon inside one round. That's why he's refused the fight even though it's made him look like a joke.

At the end of the day, I hope Jones feels reinvigored from this and gets that drive back.

I'd love to be able to see him in the octagon at some point again before 2028.

This was billed as a super fight. Fans got ripped off. That version of stipe likely doesn't beat any of the top 10 current heavyweights

Maybe and maybe not. I think if the money is right, he'd take it.

He just said in his presser 3 days ago, that he wouldn't fight Tom under ANY circumstances, including a ridiculous payday. It's not about money, he's legitimately scared of Tom.

Jones will never fight a guy 7-8 yrs younger than him, bigger than him, faster Than him, and that complete. Only if he's totally broke will he take that fight.

He'll probably try to get the Poatan fight in like 6-10 months.

Dana has already backed himself into a corner and said that Jon's next fight is Aspinall. The Pereira superfight will still be there afterward, win or lose.
