UFC 287 info

Date: April 8
Location: Kaseya Center -- Miami
Start time: 10 p.m. ET (Main card)
How to watch: ESPN+ PPV

I like this card some really good matchups and I think alot of live dogs.

main event for whatever reason just not that excited about. not a huge fan of adesanyas fighting style. I also think alot of fighters at MW could take out pereira pretty easily. Not sure which way to go on this one. I think id rather see periera win.

excited to see this masvidal vs burns fight. gilbert gets hit so masvidal can def light him up standing. burns is so well rounded so i can easily see him grinding out masvidal. I think I will go with masvidal because him winning opens up so many money fight matchups in the division. a rematch with colby or a fight with leon.

yanez vs font should be a fight of the night type of war. im real high on yanez that dude got some hands.

holland vs ponzi you just never know which holland shows up. ponzi is older but a tough gritty dude. can holland handle that? I like ponzi as an underdog in this one.

raul rosas should win, they are featuring this guy to start the card and building him up so I def will throw him on a parlay. super talented kid.

gastelum vs curtis should be a banger. prob the end of the road for gastelum if he loses.

pyfer vs meerschart big test for pyfer. meerschart has fought alot of high level guys and usually fights well. big step up for pyfer. kind of like raul rosas above they are building up pyfer but meerschart is a much higher level opponent. not sure what to think on this matchup.

masvidals media day interview was a good one. dude has some charisma I hope he can win he makes the UFC much more entertaining but I know his days are numbered.

also dustin poirier will be working the desk for this event for the first time.

I think burns is going to win but him being -500 is crazy’s.

If the fight goes to the ground, Masvidal won't win, but if it's just a straight stand up fight, George has a real shot.

If Burns was smart, he'd try to take him down as much as possible. He's great on the ground.

Should be more like -275, but I'm still not touching that fight on either side.. there's a lot safer fights to parlay on the card.

There's a few underdogs I'm tempted in although Chris Curtis may end up the favorite by Friday.. and I don't like to bet until after the weigh ins

especially Calvillo moving down to 115 for the first time since 2019

I bet to win money and jorge is a guy with the potential to do some crazy shite. $10 parlay with jorge and a few of these other dogs will bring 4-500 easily. I also think jorge is real scrappy and gilbert isnt some great wrestler like colby or usman. I think jorge can limit the takedowns and/or get back up quick against gilbert.

Didn't Holland break his hand in his last fight with Wonderboy?

yeah he sure did. he got a big reach advantage over ponzi... for some reason I just see ponzi keeping the pressure on him and breaking him. holland is talented but I dont know where he is mentally. just like his last fight he gets up instead of taking advantage of wonderboys weaknesses and ends up losing. he also was trying to get the weight changed for this bout but ponzi declined. just doesnt seem like a dude that is all in vs a guy like ponzi that moved from argentina and lived in a tent on the beach while he was getting his career started. ponzi is 1-2 in his last 3 but 2 split dcision losses against very good opponents michael peirira and geoff neal.

I want to see a screenshot of that bet slip if you are going to be as big a winner as you think.

I hit parlays a good bit. Ive hit 2 big ones in just the last few cards. The vera sandhagen i hit a 4 leg for $200 and I hit a 4 leg on the merab yan card for like $550.

Well good luck.. but you can't even post the match order correctly, so my expectations are pretty low.

Y’all are really letting this masvidal hype train and his charisma lead y’all to believe that he’s gonna win? I think burns makes easy work of Jorge. Admittedly I’m not his biggest fan, so I’m ready to see this schtick end. He’s a career journeyman with a hell of a promo team. He’s not the underdog I’d pick on this card.

Give me

Pereira
Burns
Ponzi
Font
Rosas
Gastellum
