Not a huge UFC fan but really want to see this fight. I’m in Houston and new here, not enough friends here yet to get a group together. I could probably just go to Bombshells are something and watch it from the bar, huh? Do they have covers on fight night?

I don’t think it’s forced I think Dustin really pissed him off with taking the charity stuff public and trying to hurt his image. Conor has given lots of money to different charities not only in Dublin but here in the US as well, so that probably pissed him off. I think Conor beats him this time around due to his approach being less boxing more MMA, and his family not being there

Yes. I live in Houston and you'll pay a cover any place u go for fight night. Bombshells is usually cheaper with their cover charge though.

Even places like Buffalo Wild Wings?

I was in a sports bar here one time and the UFC PPV came on TV. I didn't pay a cover but had already been there a while for a crawfish boil. It got very freaking crowded.

What does a more mma Conor approach look like? Checking leg kicks?

I’ve watched fights before at little woodrows on shepherd and didn’t pay a cover.

I’d expect a wider karate stance, more movement, some kicks and a more aggressive style tonight

That wide stance is not good for avoiding leg kicks

McGregor doesn't seem like the old mcgregor.

It seems forced. I think poirier will beat him again.

Doesn’t have to avoid kicks if he’s putting the pressure on. Poirier can’t calf kick him if he’s worried about the left from close range.

I got $$ on DP but all these "experts" picking him makes me worried.

I've had to pay at BWW before. If a sports bar is showing a PPV fight, they have to pay for the right to show it. Ergo the cover charge.
