Yet from all his videos of instructionals renzo I don’t think is ever featured, mainly his top competitors and Bernardo Faria are

There kinda was but Dustin and Conor opted out, poirier more so than Conor as he is the most deserving. Now they are fighting for #1 contender to whoever wins.

Would he have needed “bread” had Stipe won?

Oh, it will happen but Dana is gonna have to come across with some scratch, as it should be. As Brad Pitt once said, "I'm living in America, and in America, you're on your own. America's not a country. It's just a business. Now fricking pay me."

Jones doesn't want to fight Francis unless he gets his millions to offset the arse beating he is going to get and offset the possible devaluing of his brand name after the fight.

If Jon can't shoot and take down Francis, he's doing to get the shite kicked out of him just like Stipe did.

If Jon gets in trouble early, the eye pokes are going to come out quickly.

Jones is gonna frick him up. Regardless, Jones doesn’t have to take that fight unless he gets paid. He isn’t a guy looking to make a name for himself he is already an all time great.

Jones shouldn't take that fight unless it's for a couple million plus percentage of ppv. Dan White is a sleazy piece of shite always trying to exploit fighters. Jones has nothing to prove. We already know his capabilities. Despite his issues he is still the best to ever step into the octagon. He does not have many if any holes. He is super smart inside the octagon and is very good at exploiting weaknesses.

2-4 million is a reasonable number, but that is not what Bones is asking for. He’s asking for north of $10 million. His last PPV only did 800k buys Jones won’t fight Ngannou and will blame it on not getting paid when reality, he is pricing himself out

Doenst Conor get about $10 mil per fight plus PPV??

I understand that he's the biggest draw in the history of the sport, but Jones v. Ngannou is an absolute whale of a fighg and should probably net Bones $6-8 mil+ PPV points.

If it were an independent promotion like boxing, he'd probably make $120 million if he had a full gate and packed arena.

Dana also wants a full house in Vegas or NYC for that fight... And I just don't see that happening in those states for the foreseeable future.

thats a huge number considering Anthony Smith was a complete no name and it was pretty universally considered a squash match going in.

Bones vs Ngannou should approach 2M PPV buys with the extreme marketing campaign you know the UFC will put out. Pay the man 8 plus. Either he further cements his legacy as the greatest ever or he gets hit into another world and Francis is an even bigger money maker for Dana. People who hate Bones and haven’t bought his fights for a while since the results were pretty much a foregone conclusion will buy just for the chance to see Ngannou blast him.

Are you implying his last PPV was Anthony smith?

When you have a $100M fight on the table vs. nothing.

You pay the guys, put in escalators based on PPV buys. Be a good partner and go do good business.

His last 3 fights were against no name fighters. Jones isn’t a huge draw like Conor or anything but when he is up against someone with some name recognition he does well.

He deserves a big payday. He wiped out his division 3-4 times over, and is stepping up to fight one of the scariest fighters ever. But I see it from Dana’s side if he can squeeze a million his way he def will.

I don’t think Jones wants Francis. I guess we’ll see.

I think he would fight him if he was paid an amount too big to pass up, but I don’t think he’ll fight him for just a bump in pay and honestly he shouldn’t.

I think he does but the dude doesn’t have anything to prove so can’t blame him for wanting to get paid. He is putting up his record and going up in weight class against a monster.

Dana has caught enough shot from Jones so can’t fault him for wanting to give some shite back. I’m sure that’s the game Dana likes playing.

Will be interesting to see this play out. I can see Jones avoiding the champ and honestly he has time bc I don’t see them doing that fight without fans.

Just going to come down to how much will John have to get paid to possibly take his L and maybe become a gif in the process.

I’m not a jones fan but I honestly can’t blame anyone for demanding top dollar to step in the ring with that monster

They can run it back with Lewis if Jones isn't ready to step up. Lewis is patient and has that right haymaker ready to counter, I could see it being another slow fight where both guys are hesitant to leave themselves open. Ngannou is more polished than Lewis now but it's still a dangerous fight to defend his belt with. I could see Ngannou winning on points/stoppage or Lewis getting the upset KO.
