To be fair there are like a handful of people that can sell a ppv in the ufc. Ufc is more about the totality of the card not just the main event like boxing.

I always like the strategy between different styles. That's part of the allure. Usman's strategy was sound and he executed it really well. Fair play to Jorge for taking the fight on short notice though.

You are correct in this. And to my original post, this card was supposed to be amazing. I thought it would be too. It wasn’t. It was embarrassing to me that I paid money and subjected people to this even with no sports on.

Khabib should go up in weight and fight Usman. It would be hyped as hell, and then be nothing but an Olympic wrestling match a couple elbows. Some fans wouldn't know what to think.

I’ve watched almost all his fights, and just about every Ufc event.
Anyone who thinks he sucks doesn’t know the sport. However, he is very boring in my opinion and I’m a guy who loves ground work.
That being said, him and Colby were great and I think burns will be too.

I enjoyed it but the absence of the crowd really made it hard for the event to sustain energy. Two friends fell asleep before the Usman fight.
