DC wants one or two last fights and he wants those paydays before he retires and just focuses on his gym and etc.
And he and Lesnar have known each other awhile. 100% planned.

DC was an Olympic wrestler and one of the best US wrestlers for a long while. That’s not really a game Lesnar will have an advantage at. He can pretty much stop anyone from shooting in on him.

Brock was an All American and will have 50+ pounds on him. I really don’t see the arse whooping others see. I think it’s actually a bad matchup for DC. Remember how small Jones made DC look? Brock is damn near as tall and WAY bigger.

This is a mess. DC will retire after the Brock fight. So if he wins, the belt is just vacated. If he loses, we all know Brock is going back to wrestling.

Sucks for Stipe. Glad he's going to get over $1mill for this fight though.
Need a rematch and to get Brock v Jones at HW on the same card. That will be money for all of them and best for the sport IMO.

Different skill sets. Jones is just a horrible matchup for DC. I truly think he’s the only guy that can beat him.
Also Jones, despite the steroids, is elite.
I wouldn’t say Lesnar is an elite MMA fighter anymore.
