Somewhere Max threw up in his beer.

Bad night for the GSP haters. The greatest ever comes out of four yr retirement, and still finds a way to trash a bad arse that though equally as old and having lost most of his biggest showdowns vs legends, was supposedly in his career sweet spot and had learned from his previous mistakes.

Now time for GSP to walk away for good. Don't want him to fight Woodley nor Whitaker.

Thought bisping would be too big for gsp, but overall great fight. Glad a legend didn't get embarrassed

I was definitely proven wrong by GSP

I thought for sure that the long lay off and extra weight would do him in. It nearly did but he found a way to win. Incredible performance.

Any other weekend than lsu Bama I would have been all over this.

Can’t beleive GSP won, I’m not a fan but good for him. That’s pretty amazing

Did anyone actually think GSP would come back to the UFC not prepared to dominate?

I knew he'd be ready but wasn't sure about him moving up. I don't care for Bisping but he's fricking tuff as nails and has great cardio and was curious to see if GSP could still take guys down at will.

Had there been 10 more sec in the 1st, Cody would have won

He started getting too cocky and that made him undisciplined and he got caught

I don't even know if GSP wants to fight at middleweight. It really wouldn't surprise me if he forfeited the belt. He said some of the shots he took really wobbled him and if he can't get Whitaker on the ground I think GSP gets demolished. I could see him going for the welterweight belt again.

I agree. Bisping was the perfect guy for GSP to go up and fight.
I just can’t see him competing against guys with the size and power of Rockhold and Romero.

I don’t think he could hang with any of the following:
Romero
Whitaker
Rockhold
Woodley

I think we see him make a run at money fights that mean nothing, possibly Connor
