They key for Nick is the GSP vs Shields fight. Shields had success in the stand up during that fight but never went for the kill. Sure Diaz will get taken down but if we has a good guard and throws a few elbows GSP will prob let him up. Diaz needs to keep the hands moving and not hesitate if he gets an opening on GSP like Shields did.

I would say Nick has more ways to beat George. Than visa versa.
However, I think the biggest advantage in any one particular category would be George's wrestling and that will likely be the deciding factor.
