Should I try to find a replay or does someone want to fill me in on the fight?

Jones keeps him at bay for the vast majority of fight with length and elbows, fights off the 2(I think) takedown attempts by Shad, and cuts the ring in half. Shad knows he's beat by 4thish and Jones pulls guard with about 20 seconds left for shits and giggles. 50-45 by 2 judges (maybe 3).

Probably get better rundown by someone who isn't shithammered right now.

Jones doesn't have 1 punch KO power at 205 much less against the HW champ. And I'm saying this as a Jones fan

Anderson is going to beat Chael again, GSP is going to beat Condit, then hopefully Dana makes GSP go up in weight, after that Silva probably retires.

it would be tough for Jones to take down a heavier fighter.

Actually JDS is not any bigger really than Jones. JDS weighed 239 for his fight against Cain and Jones walks around close to 240. He cuts all that weight for LHW because he can.

49-46
49-46
50-45

I had 50-45. There was one round where Jones dominated and Rashad landed one strike. I can't believe anyone actually gave Rashad that round but 2 of the judges did.

i think they'll try to squeeze Diaz in against GSP first. And now Silva is saying he wants to fight for like 5 more years now after saying he was going to retire after his last 5 fights a couple years back.

Shad hit him with a headkick in the first that might of hurt Jones a little but not too much.

That Blackzilians camp is a joke. Don't expect to see Melvin there much longer.

Melvin is a joke. I am tired of hearing about all of this potential then gets beat by stupid mistakes (see Nate Diaz fight) or getting cocky (see Joe Lauzon fight). Dont know why everyone here is on his nuts just because he is from LA. Great athlete, just dumb.

I pull for him because he won the state wrestling championship the same year my brother did. Dude had amazing talent with absolutely no coaching at Bonnabel. He makes some insanely stupid mistakes but his athletic ability is absolutely unparalleled.

What I'm seeing is is that Jones walk around weight is about 217-225 LINK
This was some questions he answered fans after his Machida fight. He says he walks around 225

Outlaw, your predictions will probably come to pass, and as hefty chalk.

But, even if Max hates GSP. Why do you and so many always say Dana White is gonna "make" GSP, Spider, or Bones, go up or down in wgt divisions?

Does Dana White have "Kennesaw Mtn Landis authority" to do so? GSP is fairly well-built at current wgt. Anderson Silva and Bone Jones have builds that could add wgt easier. Being dominant should be viewed with some awe and appreciation, not angling for gimmicks and handicaps to make fighters meet new challenges(though I've appreciated Couture's, BJP's,etc..noble efforts to attempt such numerous times)..

I find any effort by White/Fertitta, at best a tempting payday for the fighters, and fan satisfier. Yet, at worst, a serious knock against the sport and/or UFC/White, in overreaching it's powers, in slippery-slope demagoguery and fighter manipulations..

Not a smart ploy in trying grow a 'legit sports league' that already suffers a perceived notion similar to pro wrestling's 'pyramid pay scale' as a serious knock against it(despite recent year improvements in this regard).
