Hey girls, our creepy big donor wants to take some of you all to a creepy Vegas show. It is completely voluntary, however, if he stops donating, we will no longer have a spirit squad or have to start traveling to competitions on an old school bus

Absinthe is a bit dirty, but its a very entertaining show. I dont see why college students would feel uncomfortable

But I could see why a college-aged woman attending with a drunk older man in a position of power that she doesn't know that well might feel uncomfortable.
I could also see a lot of kids at smaller private Christian schools (obviously not UCLA) being generally uncomfortable.

I'd guess having to "escort" a 75 year old man was a big issue.
