Gave up 27 points. They look awful pedestrian to a weak Michigan team. Maybe not as complete as thought.

Did they give up 600 yards to an unranked team?

But more complete, I guess, than LSU, who gave up 37 to Ole Miss, who is... well.... weaker than Michigan.

And we gave up 38 to Vandy and 37 to Ole Miss. tOSU is good. It's going to be a great game if we get them at some point.

400 to the 70th best offense and 600 to the 32nd ranked offense. Neither are great, baw.

OSU has to use the dreaded "defense did well enough" excuse today. Let me know if you need tips.

I was really impressed last week by their defense. But watching today it is obvious that their defense is amazing against the run and not nearly as strong against the pass. They rely on chase young to get pressure so that qbs can’t make it through their reads and are flushed out of the pocket. I actually like how LSU offense matches up against the OSU defense more than any other team. I honestly trunk that OSU is a more complete team then we are, but I think that our offense is uniquely designed to win that game.

I was surprised at Michigan’s ability to pass today. Otherwise Michigan was outclassed.

FPI has Ohio State defense as #2 in the country, only behind Clemson

LINK

And before you all go "REEEEEEEEEEEEE thats becaues they play Big 10 offenses", FPI adjusts stats for opponent strength

I know it’s a rival but they really allowed some points...

To offenses that are light years better than Michigan (except for Vanderbilt, but 2 of those TDs weren't against the D).

I love how you ignore the fact that LSU was home and tOSU was away....not to mention a rivalry game.

How is that tip?
