That receiving corps has been pretty bad for a while

Yeah they're like a corpse

It wasn’t even hidden last year really, their O was not very good. Receiving core is a joke

Yeah but a lot of pundits were putting it on “Brady is washed up.”

It's "corps" not "core" and it's incredible to me that he still managed to toss 28 TDs and over 4,000 yards with that group. They really suck.

It wasn't hidden last year. They had very bad receivers, and I think Brady was rated as a middle-of-the-road QB last season. As a result, their offense sucked.

He literally did all he could with the talent given him. With almost the exact same personnel last year, he threw for over 4,000 yards and 24 TDs to just 8 INTs. Cam Newton, Brian Hoyer, and Jarrett Stidham have combined for less than 1,000 yards, 3 TDs, and 11 INTs so far this season.

I don't disagree.

I said this a bunch last year. There was a 4 game stretch where Brady looked a little washed because he was injured, but the Pat's have the worst group of pass catchers in the league.
Bill has had mediocre drafts recently, and has never excelled at picking WRs. Combine that with the fact they have not been able to select the elite talent spots in 20 years, it was bound to crumble eventually.
Hopefully this makes Bill question some GM decisions.

Bill B is goat but the Pats deserve criticism for not being able to find any offensive weapons via free agency, trade, draft , etc the past few years. Their WRS, TEs and RBs are just not good.

A guy like Stafford or other above avg QBs could still have the pats decent
They went from Brady, a great QB, to the worst QB

I don’t think anyone can make a solid argument that Brady isn’t the GOAT anymore.

You might have a point except you spent 10 years telling me they could literally plug in anyone and you cited Hoyer as a specific example in these arguments
