Tiger walked over to shake Verne’s hand on 16. I’m not crying……

It’s been bad the last few years since he’s not playing as much.

nah you win the tourny like a man and then show up
Which would be the exact opposite of what a man should do. Your wife goes into labor with your first child? You pick up your bag and walk off the course and go be with your wife.
"Hey dad, why weren't you there when I was born?"
"Oh, me? I was on hole 13 at Augusta. Why?"
"But... didn't you already win it once?"
"Well, yeah, but hey... we DID name you Azalea."

You would play horrific golf if your wife was in labor. It’s pointless to play. Your mind would be fried with worry about the baby and wife
This isn't the 16th century. There is this thing called medical training now. There is also this other thing called OB/GYN. There is just as much of a chance that the plane you take back to your wife crashes (especially if you are flying in a Boeing) as there is that anything bad is going to happen to your wife or your child. If there was something that could cause difficulty with the delivery doctors would have known about it weeks ago.

I have no idea if my father was there when I was born or not and I haven't the slightest care whether he was or not. Your father being there when you are born doesn't matter. If he is you are not going to have any memory of it. What matters is if he is there as you go through your childhood and grow up. What your father does in your life the next twenty years after you are born is much more important than what he does the day you are born.

Real golf fans watch every second of the tournament.
Negative, do you watch every second of the Olympics? Do you watch every second of every game in the NCAA Tournament? You are talking about a sporting event that lasts ten hours or so for four straight days. No one is watching every second of that. I wasn't doing that last year and last year the Masters took place a week after I got out of the hospital from having open heart surgery and I still had other things to do with my time.

Why are we showing the statistics of the shots Scheffler is hitting on the driving range instead of showing actual golf?

Because he's number one in the world and in first place.
And nobody was teeing off in the 30 seconds worth of time.

I'm fine with it when no one on the course is within 6 of the lead. They're helping build the scene.

And now they are showing Morikawa stats and a side by side of Scheffler instead of showing actual golf shots.

You could have thrown it to Lundquist at 16 instead. Seeing how much you are talking about this being his last Masters him calling the shots of golfers ten shots back would be better than driving range cam.

Okay... who takes the actual time to find out when was the last time that two major champions who were both in their twenties were in the last round of the day?
Also... there's DeChambeauwho3dprintedhisownirons.
I mean, he didn't actually print them (THAT would have been impressive)... Avoda golf did and he helped design the unique iron clubface.

He’s not in the booth all day. He was sitting at 16 when tiger was coming through.
He is probably setting up now.

Ten minutes ago he called Jason Day's tee shot that ended up a couple of feet from the pin.

The 12 hours of labor in the hospital is anxious as hell. I couldn’t imagine experiencing that not being present
And yes it’s rare but shite happens that the doctors didn’t “know about weeks ago”
