Tigers vs. Mariners Game 5

Tarik Skubal pitching for the Tigers, George Kirby for the Mariners. Seattle was able to eke out a 3-2 victory in Game 1 when Skubal started... can they do it again?

I like the Tigers in this spot. Seattle's crowd will spend the entire game waiting for the other shoe to drop (as will Milwaukee's crowd tomorrow).

They only deal in extremes. They’ll score 6+ or only have 2 hits the entire game. Hopefully they pick up where they left off Wednesday. Skubal hasn’t gotten any run support lately.

Should be a terrific game! I think the Detroit Tigers pull it out behind a LEGENDARY performance from Scooby Doo, but BIG DUMPER could deliver a devious display of DUMPY DONGS to clear. Can’t wait! LET’S GOOOOOOO!!!

The Mariners have faced Skubal 3 times this year and are 3-0. That being said, my confidence level in a Mariners win tonight is about 10% because they're the Mariners.

Mariners will likely have their 2 best pitchers ready to go for Toronto with Woo and Gilbert going games 1 and 2. Then Kirby and Castillo would be games 3 and 4.
