You're fricking Princeton. Criminal not to go backdoor. Pete Carril kicked his dog somewhere.

I have video of me screaming
Sickening
Saw it all during champ week. No one drives to the basket anymore. Just go one on one and jack up a 3 too late on the clock so there is no chance of an offensive rebound.

I learned my lesson years ago to never trust Gonzaga in the tournament.

I don't understand why teams jack up 3's for a final possession when they are only down 1.
Final possessions in college basketball are terrible. Just absolutely atrocious. 9 times out 10 it ends on a desperation heave, no matter the situation. It's like coaches don't even call set plays anymore.
Princeton was out of TOs and had to rush, but I am constantly seeing teams come out of TOs and have their PG just dribble out the clock and chuck up a 25 footer. It is maddening.

He is such a good shooter he had to know the defender would go for the shot fake. Go to the rim, force ND to rotate and make the shot or have ND out of position for the rebound. Shooting the 3 is exactly what ND wanted you to do there.

Jim Spanarkel is one of the best. Love listening to him call a game.

If ND had lost that game, that would have really screwed up my bracket as I've got the Irish making the Elite 8

Exactly what I said, drive it and see if you can get an easy one or a foul.
