Big 12 was never a great conference to begin with. The perception is that it sucks because Texas/OU suck. If they traded records with WVU and Baylor right now, people would be comparing the Big 12 with BIG.

Younger or Older person? I would of thought that might of happened at a Missouri game. The Young Missouri fans are really, really, really shitty, the frickin worst. I stopped 1 shite head at a game, while he and his friend, were harassing a family of four, who were aTm fans.
Had to push him away and tell him it was enough.
There was a parking lot, where these tards, many under age, would go drink for hours before the game. Then, act like fools. I've come close to having to throw a few times, because these tards can be relentless. Now when they started their shite with KU and their fans, i didn't care. frick those beakers.
The young fans always gave Missouri a bad rep. Known as the worst in Big12. And many proved the ranking was worthy.

The Big 12 was a great conference when it began until about 2008-09. The fall began when top programs like Texas A&M, Nebraska, Mizzou all left for greener pastures. They threw WV in there but only as a bandaid. I give the Big 12 another 3 years before it folds and the teams split up to the remaining 4.

It was always the younger, as they never knew how bad MU football is/was. While we all remember the lean decades, these idiots only knew daniel and the teams.
So they were ignorant and cocky. Majority were from the KC side of Missouri. So D-Baggery has always been in their blood.

Why? Because we always smacked you around? We never did respect the Nebraska program. We yawned at Nebraska. We thumbed our nose at them. Big bad big red Nebraska enjoyed beating up on everyone and running the score up...until you played Texas. We consistently kicked your arse. In Austin. Younger white punk (about my age). Which took me a little by surprise. He was actually yelling at both my younger brother and I, but I was the one who heard the slur (glad my brother didn't--he's bigger than I am and has a quicker temper). To the other Texas fans' credit, they shite his shite down pretty damn quickly. Just a rogue guy, but that'll leave an impression if it hadn't happended to you before.

Why is that? I lived in Missouri or almost three years and attended a couple of Mizzou sporting events and my wife and I noticed that dynamic. We mostly tried to stick to the middle-aged and older fans when hanging out because our peers and younger were awful

Everyone always talks about what shitheads the Tech fans are but the CU fans were just as bad if not worse when I was in school. I vividly remember the first time I went up there to see A&M play CU and had beer thrown in my face by a student screaming "frick you" over and over. I was just 14 at the time.
shite, my fiance was in their marching band and she says their fans were such assholes they threw batteries at their own damn band on multiple occasions. When my sister was there she was was at a game where her section got pepper sprayed by the cops. Another time the entire CU student section got kicked out of the stadium for throwing shite on the field.
I've been to a few games since and it's nowhere near as bad as it use to be though. I think once all the rape and assault shite went down on campus (and around Boulder itself) the admin really started to crack down on people acting like complete nut balls.
