Watson's attorney, Rusty Hardin, confirmed the news to Yahoo Sports.
Nine criminal complaints against Watson were presented to a grand jury by the Harris County District Attorney earlier this month, concluding without any criminal indictments for Watson. But one other complaint was referred to the Brazoria County District Attorney, as the alleged sexual misconduct was said to have occurred in that county.
A source said Thursday that this single complaint is expected to be heard and resolved by the end of this week. Similar to the nine counts presented by the Harris County prosecutor, the Brazoria County grand jury can choose to indict Watson or decline criminal charges

No being the Browns will be in August when they trade an additional number one pick to Carolina for Baker Mayfield.

Don't know what it says. They might not have to give up anything in worst case scenario for Watson.

No one has the actual contract to discuss.
It wouldnt be all that bad for the Browns if they can get the pick back later if this falls apart after the draft. Thats what I would have stipulated anyways.
It was a years long plan anyways. Really they lose one year middle first round pick they pick up later if the did it right.
