Braves lose Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, blowing a 3-1 series lead to the Dodgers.

VOLS get shellacked by Kentucky at home.

Panthers lose a close one to the Bears.

It sucks to be me. Cheer me up baws.

Astros got all the way back to tied, only to fall apart like they did in the first three games.

LSU postponed.

Saints on bye week.

Plus I was really hoping to see the Dodgers lose.

I watched this as well, but I can't really care about UT football even though I live here.

Would have liked to see the Braves win, but otherwise, it was actually the best sports weekend ever

Rays going to WS
Tide rolls over #3 UGA
Bucs smoke the 4-0 Packers

Auburn loss
Volol loss
Carolina Panthers loss
Notre Dame losing would have been nice, but they still looked like shite

Everybody should be very pleased

Panthers
Braves
Vols

Explain this fandom. From the Carolinas, grew up a Braves fan, and went to Tennessee?

2011 for me.

Lsu gets dominated in the national championship and the saints follow it up a few days later by letting Alex smith end their season.

That saints team was probably the best of the Payton era and honestly easily wins the superbowl if they get through that game.

One thing Covid has taught me is that sports are irrelevant in the grand scheme of life. I enjoy watching my teams but I'm done letting any game bother me longer than a day.

It was a wash for me

Stros Lost but were playing with house money to begin with

Bama with a convincing 2nd half but a few things to clean up

Spent another Sunday with the family instead of being glued to a TV watching the NFL

My senior year of college I attended the infield fly game and immediately went to Columbia to watch #3 UGA get arse blasted by USCe.

After 28-3 and 2nd and 26th I’m just numb. Worst part of this weekend was it was a 3 day train wreck we just couldn’t stop

LSU and the Saints not playing is certainly something I don’t expect. I’d be fine with the season being cancelled for one of those teams though.

Yes, that week in January 2012 was BRUTAL.

Saints beat the Lions pretty handily then LSU gets embarrassed in the title game.

But I was still so pumped to have the NFC Championship in the dome after Jimmy had that long TD with 90 seconds left only for our defense to allow Alex Smith to drive 85 yards on us for the win.

That 2011 Saints offense was special. Sadly, scoring 32 points on the road just wasn't enough to win.

I had a friend who once resorted to calling his old elementary school to find out if their football team won.

His high school, college and pro teams all lost so he called up some secretary at the elementary school and said, "look I really need you to find out if the football team won this weekend"
