You don’t remember all the articles about how he was a pioneer for black head coaches?

Nope… guess I really had to google for those articles.

So now it's the media and not Prime?

I asked earlier with no response, let's try again: how far are yall willing to keep moving the goal posts?

There is a difference. I don’t think too many people would’ve been supportive of that if LSU had the same resume’ as CU making those comments. If CU was rolling through A-tier programs it would be one thing but they aren’t. This is a team that will play in an average bowl game but are getting treated like they are world beaters

I mean. If you werent paying attention at that time, that’s fine. But don’t act like it didn’t happen just because you weren’t paying attention. Lol.

He was the highest paid black HC after he signed his deal and he was looked upon to finally set the narrative straight that a black college HC could be successful.

This is what the media was saying:

Two years ago, Mel Tucker blazed a trail for Black head coaches.

MSU should throw the bank at him. Can you imagine him and Kiffen not only in the same conference but the same state?

Lol. I turned off the game and went to bed sometime in the third when the Buffalos were down. Woke up this morning and caught Sportscenter. The lead, of course, was the CU/CSU game. I said "oh shite, let's check the board." The melts have been hilarious.

I’m confused by this thread.

This was a terrible night for Colorado and proved what utter shite they actually are, and that all the haters are 100% correct.

What am I missing

The haters said they were the worst team in CFB and might not win a single game.

What is their record?

The dude recruited well and has a decent team. They should win a few games. The animosity comes due to insane media coverage over a middle of the road team bc their coach is an obnoxious attention whore pushing a victim narrative. Prime fans are too busy dickriding to get it. The whole thing is a side show.

What?

The day the season started the haters on this very board were claiming Colorado may be as bad as they were last season.

So how exactly did winning last night to go to 3-0 prove that?

The goalposts have shifted from saying they'll be horrible to now calling it some huge failure if they go 7-5
