I think the human polls are both actually. Right now they are predictive, but by the end of the season they are more reward based.
There simply has not been enough games to properly reward teams after 2 weeks. I know you have said that, so i will not bash your poll. Though it is interesting the the captian of the positiger train has LSU so high
