I really have all the confidence in the world in Darryl Morey keeping the Rockets competitive. MIT grad and all about sabermetrics. He's like Billy Bean in Oakland except we have plenty of money to spend.

Rockets won't go after Bosh. There is no need for a 4 on this team. They need a scorer. D wade is the Miami Heat but the chance to win is much better in Houston than Miami if Yao and co... is resigned. It will come down to D Wade wanting to stay home and take the money or go somewhere he can win soon.

Although they still have a chance in this one. Even though they looked really good sunday, playing without a great player like Yao will never help in the long run.

You shoulda bet the house cause this one might end up being a 50 pt arse whooping......and it aint because of the refs its because the lakers are out of the rockets league no matter what happened yesterday......I will admit that brooks looks like the real deal though

technically I can't collect because they lost by 40! Damn. I'm not happy about it so I can really gloat. I hate the Lakers with a passion I have just seen too many of these series to know how they usually unfold. There is no excuse though to lose by 40 points to anyone with or without Yao.
